130  David Patten I have ^ataken unto myself; behold, his priesthood no man taketh from him; but, verily I say unto you, another may be appointed unto the same calling.

  2  And also unto you, my servant ^aEdward Partridge, and his counselors;

  22  And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;

  5  I saw Father Adam and Abraham; and my ^cfather and my mother; my brother Alvin, that has long since slept;

  10  And again, I say unto you, that my servant ^aEdward Partridge shall stand in the office whereunto I have appointed him. And it shall come to pass, that if he transgress another shall be appointed in his stead. Even so. Amen.

  20  And let mine ^aaged servant, ^aJoseph Smith, Sen., continue with his family upon the place where he now lives; and let it not be sold until the mouth of the Lord shall name.
