16  When they have a ^amatter, they come unto me; and I judge between one and another, and I do make them know the statutes of God, and his laws.

  17  And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the ^achurch: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

  12  For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye ^bjudge them that are within?

  12  And him that repenteth not of his sins, and confesseth them not, ye shall bring before the ^cchurch, and do with him as the scripture saith unto you, either by commandment or by revelation.
