7  Now the eldest of his sons he took not with him, and his name was Helaman; but the names of those whom he took with him were Shiblon and Corianton; and these are the names of those who went with him among the ^cZoramites, to preach unto them the word.

  16  Therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will cast thee from off the face of the earth: this year thou shalt ^adie, because thou hast taught rebellion against the Lord.

  20  And it came to pass that when he had said these words he could say no more, and he ^agave up the ghost.

  2  Yea, and the rest of the brethren, after they had preached the word unto the ^aZoramites, also came over into the land of Jershon.

  8  Now the people of the Zoramites were angry with the people of Ammon who were in Jershon, and the ^bchief ruler of the Zoramites, being a very wicked man, sent over unto the people of Ammon desiring them that they should cast out of their land all those who came over from them into their land.

  14  And Alma, and Ammon, and their brethren, and also the two sons of Alma returned to the land of Zarahemla, after having been instruments in the hands of God of bringing many of the ^cZoramites to repentance; and as many as were brought to repentance were driven out of their land; but they have lands for their inheritance in the land of Jershon, and they have taken up arms to defend themselves, and their wives, and children, and their lands.

  4  For behold, it came to pass that the ^aZoramites became Lamanites; therefore, in the commencement of the eighteenth year the people of the Nephites saw that the Lamanites were coming upon them; therefore they made preparations for war; yea, they gathered together their armies in the land of Jershon.

  33  And it came to pass that Jacob, being their leader, being also a ^aZoramite, and having an unconquerable spirit, he led the Lamanites forth to battle with exceeding fury against Moroni.
