D&C 23:3
3 Behold, I speak unto you, Hyrum, a few words; for thou also art under no condemnation, and thy heart is opened, and thy tongue aloosed; and thy calling is to exhortation, and to bstrengthen the church continually. Wherefore thy duty is unto the church forever, and this because of thy family. Amen.

14  And it came to pass that he did teach and minister unto the children of the multitude of whom hath been spoken, and he did bloose their tongues, and they did speak unto their fathers great and marvelous things, even greater than he had revealed unto the people; and he loosed their tongues that they could utter.

5  Wherefore, be faithful; stand in the office which I have appointed unto you; succor the weak, lift up the hands which hang down, and cstrengthen the feeble knees.

7  Therefore, strengthen your brethren in all your conversation, in all your prayers, in all your exhortations, and in all your doings.
