6  But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and ^bdespised of the people.

  3  He is ^adespised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief; and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

  9  And I will deliver them to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth for their hurt, to be a ^areproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all places whither I shall drive them.

  8  Yea, and ye need not any longer ^ahiss, nor spurn, nor make game of the Jews, nor any of the remnant of the house of Israel; for behold, the Lord remembereth his covenant unto them, and he will do unto them according to that which he hath sworn.

  37  And thou shalt become an astonishment, a proverb, and a ^cbyword, among all nations whither the Lord shall lead thee.

  7  Then will I cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for my name, will I cast out of my sight; and Israel shall be a proverb and a ^cbyword among all people:

  17  Let the priests, the ministers of the Lord, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O Lord, and give not thine heritage to ^creproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?

  9  And because of the mercies of the Father unto the Gentiles, and also the judgments of the Father upon my people who are of the house of Israel, verily, verily, I say unto you, that after all this, and I have caused my people who are of the house of Israel to be smitten, and to be afflicted, and to be slain, and to be cast out from among them, and to become ^bhated by them, and to become a hiss and a byword among them—

  6  Wherefore, because of their iniquities, destructions, famines, pestilences, and bloodshed shall come upon them; and they who shall not be destroyed shall be ^bscattered among all nations.

  15  Wherefore, the Jews shall be scattered among all nations; yea, and also Babylon shall be destroyed; wherefore, the Jews shall be scattered by other nations.

  6  Then will I make this house like Shiloh, and will make this city a ^bcurse to all the nations of the earth.

  5  And since they have been led away, these things have been prophesied concerning them, and also concerning all those who shall hereafter be scattered and be confounded, because of the Holy One of Israel; for against him will they harden their hearts; wherefore, they shall be scattered among all nations and shall be ^bhated of all men.
