2  The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.

  16  For their feet run to ^aevil, and make haste to shed blood.

  16  They sought ^aevil in their hearts, and I, the Lord, withheld my Spirit. They condemned for evil that thing in which there was no evil; nevertheless I have forgiven my servant Isaac Morley.

  12  The words of a wise man's mouth are gracious; but the lips of a ^bfool will swallow up himself.

  28  O that cunning plan of the evil one! O the vainness, and the frailties, and the ^cfoolishness of men! When they are learned they think they are wise, and they hearken not unto the counsel of God, for they set it aside, supposing they know of themselves, wherefore, their wisdom is foolishness and it profiteth them not. And they shall perish.

  7  And it shall come to pass that there shall be a great work in the land, even among the Gentiles, for their ^bfolly and their abominations shall be made manifest in the eyes of all people.

  32  Wo be unto the Gentiles, saith the Lord God of Hosts! For notwithstanding I shall lengthen out mine arm unto them from day to day, they will deny me; nevertheless, I will be merciful unto them, saith the Lord God, if they will repent and come unto me; for mine ^carm is lengthened out all the day long, saith the Lord God of Hosts.

  47  But what could I have done more in my vineyard? Have I slackened mine hand, that I have not nourished it? Nay, I have nourished it, and I have digged about it, and I have pruned it, and I have dunged it; and I have stretched forth mine ^chand almost all the day long, and the end draweth nigh. And it grieveth me that I should hew down all the trees of my vineyard, and cast them into the fire that they should be burned. Who is it that has corrupted my vineyard?

  4  And how merciful is our God unto us, for he remembereth the house of Israel, both roots and branches; and he stretches forth his ^bhands unto them all the day long; and they are a stiffnecked and a gainsaying people; but as many as will not harden their hearts shall be saved in the kingdom of God.
