15  Because the law worketh wrath: for where no ^alaw is, there is no transgression.

  13  (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no ^blaw.

  13  And if ye shall say there is ^ano law, ye shall also say there is no sin. If ye shall say there is no sin, ye shall also say there is no righteousness. And if there be no righteousness there be no happiness. And if there be no righteousness nor happiness there be no punishment nor misery. And if these things are not there is no God. And if there is no God we are not, neither the earth; for there could have been no creation of things, neither to act nor to be acted upon; wherefore, all things must have vanished away.

  22  If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had ^asin: but now they have no cloak for their sin.

  30  And the times of this ^aignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

  17  Therefore to him that ^aknoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

  17  Now, how could a man repent except he should sin? How could he sin if there was no ^blaw? How could there be a law save there was a punishment?
