25  At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto ^ebabes.

  5  By thy great ^awisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:

  18  Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a ^bfool, that he may be wise.

  20  As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt ^bdespise their image.

  12  And it was because of the pride of their hearts, because of their exceeding ^briches, yea, it was because of their oppression to the poor, withholding their food from the hungry, withholding their clothing from the naked, and smiting their humble brethren upon the cheek, making a mock of that which was sacred, denying the spirit of prophecy and of revelation, murdering, plundering, lying, stealing, committing adultery, rising up in great contentions, and deserting away into the land of Nephi, among the Lamanites—
