1  Now when Ammon and his brethren separated themselves in the borders of the land of the Lamanites, behold Aaron took his journey towards the land which was called by the Lamanites, ^bJerusalem, calling it after the land of their fathers' nativity; and it was away joining the borders of Mormon.

  1  And it came to pass that the Amalekites and the Amulonites and the Lamanites who were in the land of Amulon, and also in the land of Helam, and who were in the land of Jerusalem, and in fine, in all the land round about, who had not been converted and had not taken upon them the name of Anti-Nephi-Lehi, were stirred up by the Amalekites and by the Amulonites to anger against their brethren.

  19  For thus saith the Lord God; When I shall make thee a desolate city, like the cities that are not inhabited; when I shall bring up the ^bdeep upon thee, and great waters shall cover thee;

  6  For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

  2  Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.

  6  And they shall be visited with thunderings, and lightnings, and earthquakes, and all manner of destructions, for the ^afire of the anger of the Lord shall be kindled against them, and they shall be as stubble, and the day that cometh shall consume them, saith the Lord of Hosts.
