Alma 4:17  
 17 Now this man's name was aNephihah, and he was appointed bchief judge; and he sat in the judgment-seat to judge and to govern the people.

  20  And now it came to pass that Alma conducted his brethren back to the land of Zarahemla; even to his own house. And they went and told the bchief judge all the things that had happened unto them in the land of Nephi, among their brethren, the Lamanites.

  29  Now when the high priest and the achief judge saw the hardness of his heart, yea, when they saw that he would revile even against God, they would not make any reply to his words; but they caused that he should be bound; and they delivered him up into the hands of the officers, and sent him to the land of Zarahemla, that he might be brought before Alma, and the chief judge who was governor over all the land.

  37  And it came to pass that in the same year that the people of Nephi had peace restored unto them, that Nephihah, the asecond chief judge, died, having filled the judgment-seat with perfect uprightness before God.
