8  They have turned aside ^bquickly out of the way which I commanded them: they have made them a molten calf, and have worshipped it, and have sacrificed thereunto, and said, These be thy gods, O Israel, which have brought thee up out of the land of Egypt.

  17  And yet they would not hearken unto their judges, but they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves unto them: they turned ^cquickly out of the way which their fathers walked in, obeying the commandments of the Lord; but they did not so.

  7  Their feet ^arun to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.

  22  For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do ^cevil, but to do good they have no knowledge.

  5  And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that ^bevery imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
