10  And Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, If I be a man of God, then let ^afire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty. And there came down fire from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.

  11  And because they did cast them all out, that there were none righteous among them, I did send down ^afire and destroy them, that their wickedness and abominations might be hid from before my face, that the blood of the prophets and the saints whom I sent among them might not cry unto me from the ground against them.

  23  And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also ^adestroy the righteous with the wicked?

  16  For the time soon cometh that the fulness of the wrath of God shall be poured out upon all the children of men; for he will not suffer that the wicked shall destroy the righteous.

  24  For after today cometh the burning—this is speaking after the manner of the Lord—for verily I say, tomorrow all the proud and they that do wickedly shall be as stubble; and I will burn them up, for I am the Lord of Hosts; and I will not ^dspare any that remain in Babylon.
