8  Now be ye not stiffnecked, as your fathers were, but ^byield yourselves unto the Lord, and enter into his sanctuary, which he hath sanctified for ever: and serve the Lord your God, that the fierceness of his wrath may turn away from you.

  13  Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but ^dyield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

  13  Up, sanctify the people, and say, ^bSanctify yourselves against to morrow: for thus saith the Lord God of Israel, There is an accursed thing in the midst of thee, O Israel: thou canst not stand before thine enemies, until ye take away the accursed thing from among you.
