Mosiah 13:28
28 And moreover, I say unto you, that asalvation doth not come by the blaw alone; and were it not for the catonement, which God himself shall make for the sins and iniquities of his people, that they must unavoidably perish, notwithstanding the law of Moses.

16  Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the dworks of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

31  And it shall come to pass that ye shall be smitten for your iniquities, for ye have said that ye teach the law of Moses. And what know ye concerning the law of Moses? aDoth salvation come by the law of Moses? What say ye?

16  Now they did not suppose that asalvation came by the law of Moses; but the law of Moses did serve to strengthen their faith in Christ; and thus they did retain a hope through faith, unto eternal salvation, relying upon the spirit of prophecy, which spake of those things to come.

4  Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the blaw by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

21  I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the blaw, then Christ is dead in vain.

2  This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the alaw, or by the hearing of faith?

1  For the alaw having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.

5  And men are instructed sufficiently that they know good from evil. And the blaw is given unto men. And by the law no flesh is justified; or, by the law men are cut off. Yea, by the temporal law they were cut off; and also, by the spiritual law they perish from that which is good, and become miserable forever.

15  And many signs, and wonders, and types, and shadows showed he unto them, concerning his coming; and also holy prophets spake unto them concerning his coming; and yet they hardened their hearts, and understood not that the claw of Moses availeth nothing except it were through the atonement of his blood.
