  10  Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, dimposed on them until the time of reformation.

  14  Yet the Lord God saw that his people were a stiffnecked people, and he appointed unto them a blaw, even the law of Moses.

  15  Yea, and they did keep the law of Moses; for it was expedient that they should keep the law of Moses as yet, for it was not all fulfilled. But notwithstanding the law of Moses, they did look forward to the coming of Christ, considering that the law of Moses was a type of his coming, and believing that they must keep those coutward performances until the time that he should be revealed unto them.

  5  He that receiveth my blaw and doeth it, the same is my disciple; and he that saith he receiveth it and doeth it not, the same is not my disciple, and shall be cast out from among you;

  45  Ye are aswift to do iniquity but slow to remember the Lord your God. Ye have seen an angel, and he spake unto you; yea, ye have heard his voice from time to time; and he hath spoken unto you in a still small voice, but ye were past feeling, that ye could not feel his words; wherefore, he has spoken unto you like unto the voice of thunder, which did cause the earth to shake as if it were to divide asunder.

  8  Thus we see how quick the children of men do forget the Lord their God, yea, how quick to do ciniquity, and to be led away by the evil one.
