17  He that hath pity upon the ^bpoor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.

  13  Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the ^apoor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard.

  2  To turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from the ^bpoor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may rob the fatherless!

  11  He answereth and saith unto them, He that hath two ^acoats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath meat, let him do likewise.

  16  And for your salvation I give unto you a commandment, for I have heard your prayers, and the ^bpoor have complained before me, and the rich have I made, and all flesh is mine, and I am no respecter of persons.

  4  Let mine ^boutcasts dwell with thee, Moab; be thou a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for the extortioner is at an end, the spoiler ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land.
