4  And after this manner did they ^aordain priests and teachers, according to the gifts and callings of God unto men; and they ordained them by the power of the Holy Ghost, which was in them.

  39  And to ^aordain other elders, priests, teachers, and deacons;

  58  It is the duty of the Twelve, also, to ordain and set in order all the other officers of the church, agreeable to the revelation which says:

  21  For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

  3  And this is the ensample unto them, that they shall ^bspeak as they are moved upon by the Holy Ghost.

  27  As well as those who should come after, who should believe in the ^agifts and callings of God by the Holy Ghost, which beareth record of the Father and of the Son;

  10  Wherefore, lift up your voice and spare not, for the Lord God hath spoken; therefore prophesy, and it shall be given by the ^cpower of the Holy Ghost.

  16  And as ye shall lift up your voices by the ^aComforter, ye shall speak and prophesy as seemeth me good;
