1  In the ^aninth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the tenth month, came Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon and all his army against Jerusalem, and they besieged it.

  4  And it came to pass in the ^aninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem, and pitched against it, and built forts against it round about.

  1  Again in the ^aninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

  2  Inquire, I pray thee, of the Lord for us; for ^aNebuchadrezzar king of Babylon maketh war against us; if so be that the Lord will deal with us according to all his wondrous works, that he may go up from us.

  2  And lay siege against it, and ^bbuild a fort against it, and cast a mount against it; set the camp also against it, and set battering rams against it round about.
