5  And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false ^cswearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger, and fear not me, saith the Lord of Hosts.

  5  For I, the Lord, have decreed in my heart, that inasmuch as any man belonging to the order shall be found a transgressor, or, in other words, shall break the ^acovenant with which ye are bound, he shall be cursed in his life, and shall be trodden down by whom I will;
