1  The word of the Lord that came to aMicah the Morasthite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.

12  Therefore shall Zion for your sake be bplowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.

4  For it came to pass in the commencement of the first year of the reign of Zedekiah, king of Judah, (my father, Lehi, having dwelt at Jerusalem in all his days); and in that same year there came many prophets, prophesying unto the people that they must repent, or the great city fJerusalem must be destroyed.

4  For, behold, said he, I have seen a vision, in which I know that cJerusalem is destroyed; and had we remained in Jerusalem we should also have perished.

20  And behold, also Zenock, and also Ezias, and also Isaiah, and Jeremiah, (Jeremiah being that same prophet who testified of the destruction of eJerusalem) and now we know that Jerusalem was destroyed according to the words of Jeremiah. O then why not the Son of God come, according to his prophecy?
