7  And the Lord appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy ^bseed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the Lord, who appeared unto him.

  16  Even of the ^acovenant which he made with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac;

  2  For God doth not ^awalk in crooked paths, neither doth he turn to the right hand nor to the left, neither doth he vary from that which he hath said, therefore his paths are straight, and his course is one eternal round.
