1  And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord ^aappeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

  6  But I, Abraham, and Lot, my brother's son, prayed unto the Lord, and the Lord ^aappeared unto me, and said unto me: Arise, and take Lot with thee; for I have purposed to take thee away out of Haran, and to make of thee a minister to bear my name in a strange land which I will give unto thy seed after thee for an everlasting possession, when they hearken to my voice.

  24  And the ^aLord appeared unto him the same night, and said, I am the God of Abraham thy father: fear not, for I am with thee, and will bless thee, and multiply thy seed for my servant Abraham's sake.

  4  The Lord talked with you ^aface to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire,

  12  No man hath ^bseen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
