Joshua 20:9  
 9 These were the cities appointed for all the children of Israel, and for the astranger that bsojourneth among them, that whosoever killeth any person at unawares might flee thither, and not die by the hand of the avenger of blood, until he stood before the congregation.

  8  And the man departed out of the city from Beth-lehem-judah to asojourn where he could find a place: and he came to mount Ephraim to the house of Micah, as he journeyed.

  16  And, behold, there came an old man from his work out of the field at even, which was also of mount Ephraim; and he asojourned in Gibeah: but the men of the place were Benjamites.
