8  And there are three that bear witness in earth, the ^aSpirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

  7  And the Lord God formed man of the ^cdust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

  7  And I, the Lord God, formed man from the ^adust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul, the first flesh upon the earth, the first man also; nevertheless, all things were before created; but spiritually were they created and made according to my word.

  25  By the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, until thou shalt return unto the ground—for thou shalt surely die—for out of it wast thou taken: for ^cdust thou wast, and unto dust shalt thou return.

  7  And the Gods formed man from the ^bdust of the ground, and took his spirit (that is, the man's spirit), and put it into him; and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.

  15  And upon these I write the things of my soul, and many of the scriptures which are engraven upon the plates of brass. For my soul ^cdelighteth in the scriptures, and my heart pondereth them, and writeth them for the learning and the profit of my children.

  68  Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the ^awords of eternal life.

  11  And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse them that curse thee; and in thee (that is, in thy Priesthood) and in thy seed (that is, thy Priesthood), for I give unto thee a promise that this right shall continue in thee, and in thy seed after thee (that is to say, the literal seed, or the seed of the body) shall all the families of the earth be blessed, even with the blessings of the Gospel, which are the blessings of salvation, even of life eternal.

  39  For behold, this is my work and my glory—to bring to pass the ^cimmortality and eternal life of man.
