24  And God ^aheard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob.

  1  ^aHear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.

  12  Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were ^dheard, and I am come for thy words.

  3  Behold, verily, verily, I say unto my servant Sidney, I have looked upon thee and thy works. I have ^aheard thy prayers, and prepared thee for a greater work.

  15  And as they lifted up their hands upon me, that they might offer me up and take away my life, behold, I lifted up my voice unto the Lord my God, and the Lord ^ahearkened and heard, and he filled me with the vision of the Almighty, and the angel of his presence stood by me, and immediately unloosed my bands;
