32  But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, ^cstrengthen thy brethren.

  28  But charge Joshua, and encourage him, and ^bstrengthen him: for he shall go over before this people, and he shall cause them to inherit the land which thou shalt see.

  6  So kill the passover, and sanctify yourselves, and ^bprepare your brethren, that they may do according to the word of the Lord by the hand of Moses.

  11  The mouth of a ^arighteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.

  14  We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the ^bbrethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

  19  And this he did that he himself might go forth among his people, or among the people of Nephi, that he might preach the word of God unto them, to stir them up in ^eremembrance of their duty, and that he might pull down, by the word of God, all the pride and craftiness and all the contentions which were among his people, seeing no way that he might reclaim them save it were in bearing down in pure testimony against them.

  27  Yea, and when you do not cry unto the Lord, let your hearts be full, drawn out in prayer unto him continually for your welfare, and also for the welfare of ^dthose who are around you.

  26  For because of the ^aword which he has imparted unto me, behold, many have been born of God, and have tasted as I have tasted, and have seen eye to eye as I have seen; therefore they do know of these things of which I have spoken, as I do know; and the knowledge which I have is of God.

  3  Behold, I speak unto you, Hyrum, a few words; for thou also art under no condemnation, and thy heart is opened, and thy tongue loosed; and thy calling is to exhortation, and to ^bstrengthen the church continually. Wherefore thy duty is unto the church forever, and this because of thy family. Amen.

  8  And you shall ^astrengthen them and prepare them against the time when they shall be gathered.

  5  Wherefore, be faithful; stand in the office which I have appointed unto you; succor the weak, lift up the hands which hang down, and ^cstrengthen the feeble knees.
