8  Give ^athanks unto the Lord, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people.

  37  Counsel with the Lord in all thy doings, and he will direct thee for good; yea, when thou liest down at night lie down unto the Lord, that he may watch over you in your sleep; and when thou risest in the morning let thy heart be full of thanks unto God; and if ye do these things, ye shall be lifted up at the last day.

  32  And ye must give thanks unto God in the Spirit for whatsoever blessing ye are blessed with.

  23  And he said, ^aLord God of Israel, there is no God like thee, in heaven above, or on earth beneath, who keepest covenant and mercy with thy servants that walk before thee with all their heart:

  4  And I prayed unto the Lord my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and ^cmercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;
