16  And the Lord said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and ^bofficers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.

  127  And again, the order of the house prepared for the presidency of the school of the prophets, established for their instruction in all things that are expedient for them, even for all the ^dofficers of the church, or in other words, those who are called to the ministry in the church, beginning at the high priests, even down to the deacons—

  123  Verily I say unto you, I now give unto you the ^aofficers belonging to my Priesthood, that ye may hold the keys thereof, even the Priesthood which is after the order of Melchizedek, which is after the order of mine Only Begotten Son.

  143  The above ^aoffices I have given unto you, and the keys thereof, for helps and for governments, for the work of the ministry and the perfecting of my saints.
