31  And now I speak unto you, the ^aTwelve—Behold, my grace is sufficient for you; you must walk uprightly before me and sin not.

  33  The ^aTwelve are a Traveling Presiding High Council, to officiate in the name of the Lord, under the direction of the Presidency of the Church, agreeable to the institution of heaven; to build up the church, and regulate all the affairs of the same in all nations, first unto the Gentiles and secondly unto the Jews.

  1  Simon Peter, a servant and an ^bapostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:

  30  There is a distinction between the ^ahigh council or traveling high priests abroad, and the traveling high council composed of the twelve apostles, in their decisions.

  127  I give unto you my servant ^aBrigham Young to be a president over the Twelve traveling council;
