4  Neither give heed to ^afables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.

  18  They are as stubble before the wind, and as chaff that the storm carrieth away.

  4  The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.

  2  And was ^atransfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.

  14  And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we ^cbeheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
