1  Hearken, O ye elders of my church, and give ear to the voice of the living God; and attend to the words of wisdom which shall be given unto you, according as ye have asked and are agreed as touching the church, and the ^bspirits which have gone abroad in the earth.

  24  For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great ^dsigns and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

  9  And our spirits must have become like unto him, and we become devils, angels to a devil, to be shut out from the presence of our God, and to remain with the father of lies, in misery, like unto himself; yea, to that being who beguiled our first parents, who ^gtransformeth himself nigh unto an angel of light, and stirreth up the children of men unto secret combinations of murder and all manner of secret works of darkness.

  14  These shall make ^awar with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

  114  And then cometh the ^abattle of the great God; and the devil and his armies shall be cast away into their own place, that they shall not have power over the saints any more at all.
