2  And the Lord sent ^aagainst him bands of the Chaldees, and bands of the Syrians, and bands of the Moabites, and bands of the children of Ammon, and sent them against Judah to destroy it, according to the word of the Lord, which he spake by his servants the prophets.

  26  For behold, they saw that the strength of the Lamanites was as great as their strength, even man for man. And thus had they fallen into this great transgression; yea, thus had they become ^aweak, because of their transgression, in the space of not many years.

  20  The breath of our nostrils, the anointed of the Lord, was taken in their ^bpits, of whom we said, Under his shadow we shall live among the heathen.
