4  Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with ^avengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

  19  Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

  12  It may be that the Lord will look on mine affliction, and that the Lord will ^arequite me good for his cursing this day.

  23  Leave judgment alone with me, for it is mine and I will ^arepay. Peace be with you; my blessings continue with you.

  48  It is God that ^aavengeth me, and that bringeth down the people under me,

  17  Rejoice not when thine ^aenemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:
