29  For Moses had said, Consecrate yourselves to day to the Lord, even every man upon his son, and upon his brother; that he may bestow upon you a ^cblessing this day.

  20  There is a law, irrevocably decreed in heaven before the foundations of this world, upon which all ^cblessings are predicated—

  11  And will I appoint unto you, saith the Lord, except it be by law, even as I and my Father ^aordained unto you, before the world was?

  28  I am the Lord thy God, and will give unto thee the ^alaw of my Holy Priesthood, as was ordained by me and my Father before the world was.
