5  And righteousness shall be the ^agirdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.

  15  Wherefore, lift up your hearts and rejoice, and gird up your loins, and take upon you my whole ^darmor, that ye may be able to withstand the evil day, having done all, that ye may be able to stand.

  3  Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in ^chaste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.
