14  And fire is gone out of a ^brod of her branches, which hath devoured her fruit, so that she hath no strong rod to be a sceptre to rule. This is a lamentation, and shall be for a lamentation.

  13  And he also rebelled against king Nebuchadnezzar, who had made him ^bswear by God: but he stiffened his neck, and hardened his heart from turning unto the Lord God of Israel.

  15  And he carried away Jehoiachin to Babylon, and the king's mother, and the king's wives, and his officers, and the ^bmighty of the land, those carried he into captivity from Jerusalem to Babylon.
