23  Have I any ^apleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord God: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?

  30  Yea, and as often as my people ^brepent will I forgive them their trespasses against me.

  20  But behold, he did deliver them because they did humble themselves before him; and because they cried mightily unto him he did deliver them out of bondage; and thus doth the Lord work with his power in all cases among the children of men, extending the arm of ^cmercy towards them that put their trust in him.

  39  And that which I have chosen hath pled before my face. Wherefore, he suffereth for their sins; inasmuch as they will repent in the day that my Chosen shall return unto me, and until that day they shall be in torment;

  31  Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye ^ddie, O house of Israel?
