2  That they feared greatly, because ^aGibeon was a great city, as one of the royal cities, and because it was greater than Ai, and all the men thereof were mighty.

  4  And the king went to ^aGibeon to sacrifice there; for that was the great high place: a thousand burnt offerings did Solomon offer upon that altar.

  27  So the Lord was with ^bJoshua; and his fame was noised throughout all the country.
